Be respectful
No harassment, discrimination, sexual misconduct, threats, intimidation, hate, retaliation, or pressure to move communication or payments off-platform.
Be safe
Drivers must obey traffic laws, avoid impairment and distraction, keep vehicles roadworthy, and stop the trip if conditions are unsafe. Riders must wear seatbelts and avoid distracting the driver.
Be reliable
Arrive on time, communicate delays early, cancel as soon as plans change, and do not no-show.
Use in-app tools
Keep booking, payment, reporting, and important coordination in SeatShare so support can review context when needed.
Respect comfort
Follow listing rules on smoking, pets, music, conversation, luggage, food, and pickup etiquette.
Enforcement
SeatShare may warn, restrict, suspend, remove, or report users when conduct creates safety, legal, fraud, or community risk.
